Donnybrook might be known for its apples today, but the town’s origins lie in logging and this picnic area celebrates the town’s logging history with restored artifacts featured under the tall pines.
Situated at the northern entrance to the town, it sits alongside one of the town’s most established orchards.
Picnic tables and plenty of shade. No toilet facilities on site.

As a visitor to our beautiful National Parks, we ask that you play your part in caring for these environments by leaving no trace. Stay on the designated trails and avoid shortcuts; leave all rocks, shells, flowers and objects of interest as you find them, to guard against damage and so that others can also discover and appreciate them as they are. Remember to take all your rubbish home with you and should you encounter areas of indigenous significance, please do not touch aboriginal art or disturb sites of cultural significance in any way.
These parks have been reserved for the protection and conservation of our natural biodiversity, they are treasured places for us all to reconnect with our natural world.
